Anyone who knows Pitcha is also familiar with the legendary MAASAI (popularly known as Maasai) sunglasses. Pitcha fans have fallen in love with this model, so the brand is responding with another successor, this time with the V (five).
The five is shaped the same as the previous four, but the biggest innovation is the branding technology. The aluminium logo is embedded in a pre-laser engraved "pocket". In addition to looking very luxurious, it doesn't get hair stuck in it (which is much more comfortable for hairy users). The new frames are lightly reinforced and cast from new, more flexible acetate plastic - so they are also suitable for dioptric lenses. Also, the sidestands have a more solid look and are made from different woods(ebony, dark walnut and exotic lightweight Zebra wood) per model. The ends of the harnesses are encased in plastic for a comfortable fit and to prevent slipping off the head).
Why polarized lens?:
On sunny days, polarized lenses allow you to enjoy a beautiful view of your surroundings, their polarizing filter allows for a better and sharper view. The same is true when driving vehicles, bicycles and other means. The sun's rays dazzle your eyesight, with the use of polarized lenses these glare from the sun will be significantly reduced. Another benefit is the complete improvement in colour perception and eye fatigue is a thing of the past.
What is Acetate plastic?:
Acetate is a premium Eco-friendly material that is made from cellulose acetate i.e. cotton. Acetate is characterized by its beautiful colors, lightness and high durability. It does not harm the environment because it is made from renewable resources and is therefore hypoallergenic. It is characterized by beautiful coloration, high durability and light weight.
